Lord,

I acknowledge that you are the crucified and risen Savior and that I cannot live without you. You are my Redeemer, my Deliverer, my All in All, I would be lost forever without you. I come to you admitting that I am a sinner and ask your forgivness. Come into my heart, Lord Jesus, and forgive me of my sins, I love you with all my heart and I will follow your way I will walk in paths of righteousness for your names sake so that I may have eternal life in your kingdom.
